The Botanist Brunch
Sunday, November 30 | $119 per person
Standard Experience — $119 per person
• Begin with a glass of Bollinger on arrival
• Seafood platter overflowing with crayfish, scallops, oysters & calamari
• Artisan charcuterie and cheese platter to share
• Eggs Benedict — your choice of salmon, bacon, or mushrooms
• Bottomless Aperol Spritz, Botanist Gin cocktails, house beer & wine
• Two-hour sitting: 1 PM – 3 PM

• Bottomless Bollinger – $199 per person
• Bottomless Oysters & Bollinger – $249 per person
